This opportunity to conduct an audit is invaluable to me, especially since I aspire to be an accountant in the future. I was able to enhance skills (i.e. listening, critical thinking, research, team work) that will be vital for my career.

I found that I can do more in my daily life and encourage others to do more about the environment via saving energy as much as possible.

At the beginning of the audit experience I was apprehensive as it seemed a very advanced process beyond my current skill set, however I I found the process, after training, to be straightforward and informative, educating myself on the social inequalities presented by non-fairtrade products.

I felt the training was comprehensive and gave all the information required in such a short time frame. [The most valuable part was] building on my knowledge of sustainable food and creating a product for sale.
