SOS-UK values climate justice and diversity in ability, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, class and other protected characteristics. We are especially keen to encourage applications from people currently under-represented in the environment movement. We acknowledge that the environmental sector is the second least diverse sector in the UK and currently experiences, needs and priorities of marginalised groups are often left out of responses to the climate emergency, this is something we are keen to address.
